Refund Policy

Divine Spirit Healing & Activation
We understand that life happens and plans may need to shift. To honor the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session, the following policy applies:
24–Hour Cancellation Requirement
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice → No fee and full transfer of credit to a future session
• Cancellations within 24 hours → Subject to full session fee
• No-shows → No refund or credit offered

This protects the energetic and time commitment reserved exclusively for you.
Refunds
Because our services involve time-based energy work and preparation, we do not issue refunds once a session has begun or after the service is completed.
Prepaid sessions may be rescheduled once if notice is provided within policy terms.
Ceremonial Journeys
Due to the extensive space preparation, travel, and energetic structuring required:
• A non-refundable portion of the exchange may be required
• Cancellation requires a minimum of 72 hours notice
• Cancellations under 72 hours may result in partial or no refund depending on circumstances

Details are reviewed during the consultation process.
Unexpected Situations
We understand that emergencies can arise. Please reach out if something unexpected happens, and we will assess rescheduling options with compassion and fairness.
